MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome William Katz to the Calgary office as an associate lawyer.
William is an experienced litigator with experience advising on matters including shareholder litigation, corporate and investment fraud, construction disputes, personal injury and employment law.
With a diverse background in commercial and civil litigation, William has successfully represented clients across various disputes. He also possesses valuable experience as an arbitrator, mediator and negotiator.
In addition to his legal practice, William is deeply committed to education. For the past four years, he has contributed to teaching the Civil Procedure course at the University of Calgary Law School, a core requirement for all law students. He actively facilitates mooting and debating programs throughout Calgary, mentoring students ranging from primary school to undergraduates, including those at the University of Calgary Law School.
