James is a commercial litigator with a focus on restructuring and insolvency proceedings, secured and unsecured realization, as well as construction and business litigation.

James has experience in restructuring, insolvency, secured and unsecured realization, construction and business litigation. He advises on debt recovery, mortgage enforcement, business disputes, product liability and construction claims. James has extensive experience with British Columbia’s Court Order Enforcement Act and with B.C.’s Money Judgment Enforcement Act (coming into force in 2025).
