We recognize the importance of ensuring a work environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, respected and valued – including people of all gender identities.
Providing our team members with the option to include pronouns in their email signatures and web profiles helps to avoid misgendering while indicating allyship and raising awareness and acceptance of all gender identities. Using an individual’s correct pronouns validates their identity, encourages authenticity, and contributes to an inclusive and supportive culture.
