Shanna is a litigation lawyer with the firm’s Vancouver office.

Shanna represents clients facing a wide range of disputes. She regularly appears at all levels of Court in British Columbia and regulatory agencies including the BC Securities Commission.

Prior to joining the firm, Shanna practiced criminal defence where she honed her advocacy skills and gained a deepened understanding of procedural fairness. Applying the unique insights gained from this experience, she now advocates for her clients across civil litigation. With a breadth of experience in areas such as fraud, securities litigation and cross-border disputes, she is well equipped to handle complex legal issues in her current practice.

Shanna obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia. During law school, she was an editor of the University of British Columbia Law Review. Before attending law school, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and graduated with distinction.

Shanna is actively involved in the legal community. She is an elected board member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia) Society and co-chairs its Advocacy Committee.

Shanna is fluent in Mandarin.
