We are pleased to welcome William R. McClary to the firm’s Calgary office.
Will joins MLT Aikins from the Alberta Energy Regulator where he was in-house counsel and supported the AER’s regulatory mandate while also working on employment matters. Prior to his time with the AER, Will was in private practice.
Will’s practice is focused on labour and employment, litigation, administrative law and regulatory law. He has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta.
Will obtained his Juris Doctor in 2018 from the University of Victoria and completed a clerkship with the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta in 2019. Prior to his legal studies, he obtained his engineering degree from the University of British Columbia and he is professional engineer.
