Paul is a corporate/commercial lawyer with the firm’s Calgary office.
Paul has extensive experience on a wide range of transactions, including the purchase and sale of ownership interests and assets, restructuring transactions, equity raising and financing as well as various other corporate and commercial transactions. He also drafts and negotiates corporate and commercial agreements in various contexts, including in connection with the structuring and formation of all types of legal entities, shareholder and partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements, indemnification, releases, contracting, employment, confidentiality, restrictive covenants, commercial leasing and lending and borrowing.
