Adam Rock joins the Board of Directors of Calgary Housing

MLT Aikins partner Adam Rock has joined the Board of Directors of Calgary Housing (CH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the City of Calgary.

Calgary’s largest residential landlord, CH provides affordable housing solutions to more than 10,000 low- and moderate-income households in need of non-market rental housing. The organization accomplishes this through a variety of strategies, including subsidized housing, near-market rentals and rent supplements for tenants with private landlords.

Calgary Housing Company owns and manages more than 7,000 residential rental units, including large residential complexes, apartments, townhomes and single family dwellings. CH also leads many of Calgary’s affordable housing developments.

Adam will serve on CH’s Board for an initial term of up to three years.
