Amanda is an experienced corporate paralegal in the firm’s Regina office.
Amanda began her career as a legal administrative assistant in 2002. Since then, she has held several legal positions including real estate paralegal, office coordinator, due diligence paralegal and, currently, extra-provincial corporate paralegal.
In her current role, she navigates the legal complexities of corporations operating in Saskatchewan. With a deep understanding of corporate law and regulations in the province, she excels in assisting organizations with the establishment, maintenance and compliance of their operations outside their home province or country. Amanda’s responsibilities include managing corporate filings, including registrations of corporations and business names, amalgamations, continuances and name changes, as well as coordinating with external legal counsel and ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.
Additionally, her proficiency in billing and annual maintenance allows her to efficiently manage annual invoicing and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collection of accounts and provincial filings.
