Avram is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Vancouver office.
Avram supports the firm’s Indigenous practice, providing advice to Indigenous clients on rights-based consultation matters. Avram’s experience includes facilitating Indigenous clients’ participation in regulatory proceedings, including before the Canada Energy Regulator. He also acts for clients as they negotiate collaborative agreements with industry actors.
Additionally, Avram advises clients on the implementation of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) in Canada as well as on the revitalization of Indigenous legal orders.
