Selma has over 13 years of experience working in corporate law. Her work includes:
- Reviewing minute books of entities including corporations, non-profit organizations, societies, trusts and limited partnerships to identify problems and prepare all necessary resolutions and documents to keep the entities up to date.
- Organize or reorganize the provincial, federal and extra-provincial corporations, trusts, limited partnerships and non-for-profit organizations by registration, declaration, incorporation, amalgamation, continuance, amendment and dissolution.
- Research any implementation of acts in relation to corporate matters for any new impacts and requirements.
