MLT Aikins is pleased to announce that Brent Ross has joined the firm’s executive board and become a practice group coordinator for the Winnipeg advocacy group.
“Through his years of experience, Brent has become one of Winnipeg’s most well-respected litigators and he’ll make a strong addition to our executive board,” said Aaron Runge, managing partner of MLT Aikins. “Congratulations, Brent – I look forward to working with you on the board and in your capacity as practice group coordinator for the Winnipeg advocacy group.”
Brent has more than two decades of experience practising in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and administrative law. He has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba, the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
“I’m excited to join the MLT Aikins executive board,” Brent said. “I look forward to working with my colleagues to continue to find new and innovative ways of serving clients across Western Canada.”
Brent succeeds Keith Ferbers on the executive board and joins Gregory Fleetwood as practice group coordinator for the Winnipeg advocacy group.
“I want to formally recognize Keith’s role on the executive board for the past six years and express how fortunate we have been to have had Keith in that role,” Aaron said. “Thank you, Keith, for your time and dedication both to the board and to the Winnipeg office as a practice group coordinator. And congratulations, Brent.”
Adam Levene, who became chair of MLT Aikins in August 2022, will serve another term on the MLT Aikins executive board.
