The ACS Group includes Advanced Composite Structures, with offices in Winnipeg and Florida, and Rotor-Tech International, with offices in California and Brisbane. The ACS Group’s rotor blade repair solutions include repair designs with DOT Canada, FAA and EASA certifications and TCCA/FAA/EASA approved/accepted expanded repairs.

Headquartered in Connecticut, UAG is an independent service provider focused on helicopter support for commercial and military customers.
