Jordan practises in the area of Indigenous rights implementation, focusing on land and resource stewardship, major projects and navigating government-to-government relationships. He provides critical legal advice and advocacy for Indigenous governments, regularly advising clients on their relationships with government and industry, the regulation of major projects and a broad range of matters relating to community governance.
Jordan also has significant prior professional experience in major project permitting and impact assessment in the British Columbia mining and energy sectors.
