Lorraine Pinsent has once again been recognized as a “recommended individual” in the latest edition of the World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000.
Lorraine leads MLT Aikins Trademark practice group and has worked as a registered trademark agent before the Canadian Trademarks Office for more than 25 years. She manages several large international trademark portfolios for clients, with a focus on trademark searching, prosecution, oppositions, licensing, portfolio management and international trademark protection.
This marks the twelfth straight year Lorraine has been recognized by the WTR 1000, which ranks the top global law firms, lawyers and agents in the trademark space. Lorraine receives frequent praise from clients, such as her “response time and value of work is very good.”
In addition to her dedication to client service, Lorraine focuses on educating the trademark professionals of tomorrow. She is on the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) Trademark Agent Training Committee as well as an instructor for the trademark agent examination prep course. She is also on the International Trademark Association (INTA) Trademark Office Practices Committee and a sought-after speaker in the intellectual property space.
MLT Aikins is pleased to see the WTR 1000 once again recognize Lorraine’s commitment to clients and the trademark space as a whole. Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved achievement.
