This workshop series is designed to provide HR managers and practitioners with practical tools and insights into handling complex workplace issues. Each workshop will feature real-life scenarios and focus on critical areas such as the duty to accommodate, discipline and discharge, and drug and alcohol testing.
Participants will engage in small group discussions to explore potential solutions for each scenario. Shane or Allison will guide attendees through the relevant legal considerations, potential risks and best practices – ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each topic from the employer’s perspective.
Attendees will gain valuable insights by applying HR concepts to real-world situations and understanding how Courts and tribunals in Saskatchewan have ruled on similar cases. The event offers 4.0 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
