MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome Robbie McLellan to the firm as counsel.
Robbie will practise with the firm’s corporate/commercial group in Regina. He maintains a general corporate/commercial practice with particular focus on construction, industrial projects and procurement.
Robbie advises a variety of public and private sector organizations on corporate governance and compliance matters. He has extensive experience in the area of construction law and assists clients to effectively plan for and execute their construction projects from conception to completion. Robbie regularly advises owners and developers on the development, preparation and administration of procurement process including drafting process documents, evaluating contracts, standard definitions and prescribed forms, negotiating contractual documents as well as managing bid processes and successful negotiations with procurement process participants.
Robbie helps clients with dispute resolution strategy, and compiling occupational health and safety, and health, safety and environment programs. He has particular experience handling delicate mixed labour platforms for contractors across Canada.
