Len has acted as counsel, from conception to completion, on major industrial construction projects in both Canada and the United States. He has considerable experience in the resolution of construction, equipment procurement, oil and gas development, and other commercial disputes through the courts and inter-provincial and international arbitration.
Daryl Chicoine
Daryl maintains a civil, commercial and construction litigation practice. His construction litigation experience includes builders’ lien legislation, construction projects, and has acted for owners, general contractors and sub-contractors.
Meaghan Conroy
Meaghan assists Indigenous rights-holders and landowners with issues related to Indigenous consultation, natural resource extraction, land development, flood management infrastructure and other environmental matters. She has considerable experience with federal and provincial environmental assessment processes and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in Alberta, the Manitoba courts and the Federal courts.
John Dipple
John Dipple leads the MLT Aikins construction and infrastructure practice area and has extensive experience providing strategic advice on major construction and infrastructure projects. He also leads the firm’s procurement practice area.
Douglas Hodson, Q.C.
Doug Hodson focuses on commercial litigation and has significant experience in class actions, transportation law and construction litigation. Doug has argued significant cases before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario and before the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Tyler Kochanski
Partner in the litigation group, Tyler practises in commercial, construction, insurance, professional negligence and regulation, employment and administrative law litigation as well as arbitration and mediation.
John Martens
