David maintains an extensive business law practice in Winnipeg. Scott works primarily with patents, industrial designs, copyright, trademarks and intellectual property protection. Scott’s particular focus as a patent agent is on drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Based in Winnipeg, Danielle leads the firm’s Innovation, Data & Technology practice group.
