MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome Tony Anderson to the firm’s Vancouver office.
Tony is a banking and commercial lending lawyer, acting for lenders and borrowers on secured debt financings, construction lending, asset-based lending, lease financing, M&A financing, loan syndications and standard operating and term credit facilities. He advises clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and activities including leasing transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants, acquisitions and divestitures of commercial real property and creating and implementing various real estate ownership structures.
Tony also maintains a general corporate/commercial practice, acting for purchasers and vendors in the purchase and sale of corporate assets or shares and advising clients on structuring of incorporated companies, partnerships and joint ventures. He also frequently drafts and negotiates all matters of corporate and commercial contracts.
Tony is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
