Deirdre maintains a broad corporate and commercial law practice with a focus on real estate and mergers and acquisitions. She advises and acts for companies of all sizes across a broad range of industries on corporate and commercial law matters. She assists clients in planning and implementing tax and corporate reorganizations and acquisitions and dispositions of share and business assets.
Deirdre obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2018 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019 upon completing her articles at a national firm.
