Alanna is a corporate/commercial lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and corporate governance matters.
Alanna regularly assists clients in a variety of industries with commercial transactions, including share purchases and asset purchases, as well as the formation of partnerships. Alanna also advises clients on merger and acquisition transactions and related financing, tax planning and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to entering law, Alanna earned a Bachelor of Commerce with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, and worked in a variety of roles focusing on corporate finance and accounting. She draws on this experience to provide practical solutions and advice to clients.
