Athena is a taxation, estate planning & administration associate based out of the Edmonton office.
Athena is passionate about finding innovative and practical solutions to her clients’ legal and commercial challenges. She takes particular interest in tax planning, estate planning, corporate reorganizations and assisting on the acquisition, disposition and commercialization of businesses and assets.
Athena earned her JD from the University of Alberta in 2018. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Commerce with distinction (Finance) from the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta in 2014. She also completed the In-Depth Tax Program with Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
Athena serves on the Executive, Taxation Law (North) of the Canadian Bar Association’s Alberta Branch.
