Bailey Woloshyn

Bailey maintains a corporate/commercial practice with specific experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and real estate transactions.

Bailey was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2025 after obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2024. Prior to law school, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan. Bailey then served as the Chief Financial Officer, and later the Chief Administrative Officer, of the Town of Foam Lake, earning an Urban Standard Certificate in Local Government Administration in 2020. She draws on this experience when providing practical solutions and advice to clients.
