Braeden is an associate lawyer in the firm’s business law group with a particular focus on securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial law.
Braeden practises in the area of corporate/commerical law, supporting the firm’s corporate finance and securities and mergers and acquisitions groups.
Braeden summered with the firm in 2022 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2023. He returned to the firm to complete his articles in 2023. During law school, Braeden was the article section editor for the Desautels Review, a journal devoted to promoting leading scholarship on family-controlled and other private enterprises.
