Deanne is a corporate paralegal based in the firm’s Calgary office.
Deanne has more than a decade of experience working as a corporate paralegal. Her practice includes preparing and coordinating incorporation and organization documents and articles of amendment for a variety of corporate clients, maintaining annual reports and resolutions, and coordinating the registration of trade names, partnerships and limited partnerships.
She has wide-ranging experience performing due diligence searches and reviews for corporations, as well as personal property searches, registrations, discharges and amendments.
Deanne has her CORES I, II and III accreditation. She holds a certification in government registry services and is highly experienced in APPRES, ALF, EPOCH and ELITE.
