Fahim is a corporate / commercial lawyer based in the firm’s Edmonton office.
Fahim practises general civil litigation, including construction law, banking litigation and administrative law.
Prior to joining MLT Aikins, he practiced law at a large national firm where he worked on complex commercial disputes, alternative dispute resolution and labour and employment law. He has appeared successfully before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and has prepared submissions for arbitrations and mediations.
Fahim is an active volunteer with the King’s Bench Amicus Project and Civil Claims Duty Counsel.
