Katerina is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office and maintains a general corporate / commercial practice with a particular focus on Indigenous clients.
Katerina advises Indigenous clients across various sectors, including energy and transmission, land development and financing on First Nations lands, share and asset transactions, limited partnerships and joint ventures, economic development, strategic policy and governance.
Katerina also routinely provides pro-bono legal advice to charitable and not-for-profit organizations.
Katerina was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and to the Alberta Bar in 2023.
