Priya is a real estate paralegal handling both commercial and residential real estate matters in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Priya focuses on commercial and residential real estate managing files from beginning to end of transactions including residential sales, purchases, corporate financing matters and new home construction. She has experience preparing real estate transactional and conveyance documents, including caveats, mortgages, judgment registrations, refinancing related documents and all related documentation.
Priya is well versed in the technical requirements of Saskatchewan’s and Alberta’s Land Titles Registry and is capable of handling a wide variety of land-related transactions including preparing land titles documents, doing searches, registrations, title transfers and title reporting.
Priya has a master’s in mass communication and journalism, and has four years’ experience working as a Lecturer in this field.
