William maintains a general litigation practice with a focus in the areas of shareholder litigation, corporate and investment fraud, construction disputes, personal injury and employment law.

William has wide-ranging experience acting for clients in commercial and civil litigation matters. He also has experience acting as an arbitrator, mediator and negotiator for various disputes.

Will is currently appointed to the Hearing tribunal of the Real Estate Council of Alberta where he adjudicates administrative matters arising with realtor, mortgage broker and property management disputes.

For the past four years, Will has contributed to teaching the Civil Procedure course at the University of Calgary Law School, a mandatory class for all students. He is also actively involved in facilitating mooting and debating programs across Calgary, mentoring students of all ages—from primary school through to undergraduate levels, including those at the University of Calgary Law School.
