  • Counsel to the owners of Advanced Composite Structures and its related companies (ACS Group) in connection with the sale of the ACS Group to the Brightwater United Aero Group (UAG)
  • Counsel to Evora Equity Inc. in connection with its acquisition of a health-care business with over 20 locations across British Columbia and Ontario
  • Counsel to Winnipeg Airports Authority in connection with its commercial real estate development partnership with Rice Commercial Group and TD Asset Management
  • Acquisition, sale and other securities transactions involving national and international businesses across a wide array of industries, including health care (dental practices, orthodontic practices, medical clinics, veterinary clinics and pharmacies), food and agriculture, automotive, manufacturing and transport
